Corporate Amalgamations

July 2, 2025. In April 2023, CrossSafety Holdings Inc. (CSH) acquired Thompson Roach & Hughes Consulting Inc. (TRH), and Safety Comp Services Inc. (SCS), joining those with Resource Environmental Associates Limited (REA). Effective July 1st 2025, CSH, TRH and SCS were amalgamated, and will continue operating under the corporate name CrossSafety Solutions Inc. Also on July 1st 2025, REA and CrossSafety Consulting Ltd. were amalgamated, continuing operations under the corporate name CrossSafety Consulting Ltd. There are no changes to ownership, management or operations.
