Leadership Announcement: Ana Chang

September 4, 2025: We are excited to announce Ana Chang as the newest addition to our Senior Leadership Team.  Ana brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to our company’s legacy. Her journey with CrossSafety began in 1998 through one of our predecessor organizations, REA, where she remained until 2014. She then joined Metrolinx as their first internal construction safety manager, following years of consulting support. Ana was promoted to Director of Health and Safety for Capital Projects Group (CPG H&S) in 2018, and later became Director of Corporate OHSE in 2020. Most recently, she served as HSE Director at EllisDon, overseeing health care and technology construction projects since February 2024.
