Patrick Espinola brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience spanning residential and commercial projects. He began his career working in the field as a labourer and progressed through leadership roles including Labourer Foreman and Assistant Site Supervisor before transitioning into occupational health and safety. This hands-on background provides him with a strong understanding of jobsite operations, workforce coordination, and the practical realities that shape construction safety.

For more than a decade, Patrick has focused on health and safety leadership, supporting contractors and project teams in developing and implementing safety programs that meet regulatory requirements while maintaining efficient project operations. His experience includes working closely with multiple companies and trades to strengthen compliance, improve safety culture, and support consistent performance across active construction sites.

As Managing Principal and Team Lead – Residential & Commercial Construction, Patrick helps lead CrossSafety’s residential and commercial sector initiatives, strengthening client relationships and supporting business development across the division. He is known for his practical, collaborative approach and his ability to help organizations build safer, more productive worksites.
