B.A.Sc.
Jurgen Schwartz brings more than two decades of experience advising owners and developers across complex construction environments. Since joining TRH / CrossSafety in 2000 and stepping into a management role in 2004, he has supported private and public sector clients on retail developments, healthcare facilities, social housing projects, infrastructure works, and energy initiatives. His long tenure and cross-sector exposure provide a strong foundation in oversight, regulatory coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
Jurgen earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). Over the course of his career, he has developed a disciplined, governance-focused approach to health and safety — one shaped by the accountability standards and documentation requirements of public-sector and institutional projects. As Managing Principal and Team Lead – Retail & Public Sector Construction, Jurgen works closely with owners to strengthen compliance frameworks, improve oversight practices, and ensure safety programs align with operational realities and regulatory expectations. He is known for his steady judgment, thorough approach, and ability to support complex projects where transparency, audit readiness, and public trust are essential.
