Jason Radovski brings more than 20 years of experience leading health and safety programs across complex construction environments. Since the early 2000s, he has supported both constructors and owners on high-rise and low-rise residential projects, heavy civil and infrastructure works, industrial operations, automotive shutdowns for Toyota and GM Canada, and airport operations with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. His background spans field execution through senior leadership oversight, giving him a practical understanding of jobsite realities and regulatory expectations.
He holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and maintains respected industry designations, including Professional Gold Seal Certification (P.GSC/GSC) through the Canadian Construction Association, National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) through the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations, and Construction Health & Safety Officer (CHSO).
As Managing Principal and Team Lead – Residential & Commercial Construction, Jason provides strategic oversight, regulatory guidance, and leadership to HSE field teams while maintaining strong client relationships across major developments. He is known for a steady, practical approach that aligns safety programs with construction operations — helping clients reduce risk, remain compliant, and keep projects moving.
