Our Mission

To ensure that every worker returns home safely each day.

Our Story

CrossSafety is built on a foundation of trusted expertise. Our roots go back to Resource Environmental Associates (REA; founded 1991) and Thompson Roach & Hughes Consulting (TRH; founded 1992) — two of Canada’s earliest and most respected workplace and public health and safety firms. In 2023, we united as CrossSafety. With nearly seven decades of combined experience across North America, our focus remains the same: helping people return home safely each day.
