CrossSafety Holdings Acquires TRH Group

April 19, 2023. CrossSafety Holdings Inc. announced today that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Thompson, Roach & Hughes Consulting Inc., TRH Group Services Inc., and their subsidiaries in the United States and Mexico (“The TRH Companies”).  The TRH Companies will continue operations in their individual corporate capacities, with founder Mark Hughes as Managing Principal and President – HSE Management Services.  Mr. Hughes has also been appointed Executive Vice-President, CrossSafety Holdings Inc.
